Step 1: Register as a member of Astral Enterprise

Step 2: Login to your Astral Account, scroll down to the Online Garage Sale section, and click on the link "add new item"

Step 3: Click on an available slot number to use that slot. If you do not see any available slots, you must purchase a plan to get some (see below under Questions On Selling)

Step 4: Fill out all information about the item you are selling and upload up to three pictures for that item, YOUR DONE!

Step 5: Once your item is approved by an admin, it will be shown in the OGS. You must be able to accept emails from support@astralenterprise.com in order to receive your approval or denial emails.

Step 6: Customers can now visit your item and contact you using a contact form, Yahoo IM, or Yahoo Pingbox.

Can You Explain To Me What The Slots Are?
Slots are like spaces you have to post items. Each Slot can be used to sell one item or 100 similar items.

What If I Sell An Item, What Happens To That Slot?
That slot is returned to your account so you can post another item at no additional cost to you. Once you purchase a plan, those slots are yours forever and you don't pay us NOTHING else.

I sell handbags, and they are the same style but all of them look different, do I have to use a slot for each one?
Not at all. You can use one slot to sell hundreds of items that are the same. Keep in mind though, you get three pictures with each ad. So your customers will only get to see three of many handbags.

I Need More Available Slots. How Can I Get More?
If you require more slots to sell additional items, there is an option to purchase more slots in your Astral Account. Your Astral Account Will Be Updated To Reflect The Changes.

Do you offer other plans to people who want to sell many items?
Yes, Astral currently offers 5 diferent plans to sell items in the OGS. They are as follows:
Astral Basic 1- 1 slot for only $1.00
Astral Premium 5- 5 slots for only $4.00 (80 cents each)
Astral Gold 10- 10 slots for only $7.00 (70 cents each)
Astral Platinum 20- 20 slots for only $12.00 (60 cents each)
Astral Supreme 25- 25 slots for only $13.75 (55 cents each)

How often do we have to pay the fees and is there any other fees do we need to pay?
Once you purchase a plan, those slots are yours forever! You can sell 1 million items using the same slot! If you sell an item, just login to your account and remove that item. Once completed, that slot will automatically return to you to sell another item at no additional costs. Astral DOES NOT charge ANY other fee such as selling fees just because you sold the item. ALL profits belong to you!

Where and when will my ads show up on the internet?
Once approved, your ad will show up on virtually all major search engines. If you are selling more than 10 items, your ads will also show up on Google Products which will give your items twice the chance of being sold. It usually takes about one month before your ads start showing up on the major search engines, and it takes about 2 weeks before they start showing up on Google Products. The FASTEST way to get your items showing up online is to post your Astral Badge on your Facebook, MySpace, Digg, Twitter, etc. pages so your friends and followers can view your items.

Can I run my online store through Astral?
Yes you can. A special feature Astral has, is the option to have a "Buy Now" and/or an "Add To Cart" button using PayPal. or Google Checkout. All you need to do is enter the ID number of your button(s) if you're using Paypal, or just your google Merchant ID if your using Google Checkout, and they will appear on that ad. click here for more information

Tip 1: Put as much information about yourself on your "My Astral" page. This gives your customers a view of who their seller is and builds a trust between you and them.

Tip 2: Add your Yahoo IM and/or Yahoo Pingbox to your Astral account so potential buyers can instantly communicate with you and ask questions about a certain item. Your Yahoo ID and Yahoo Pingbox will be shown on your "My Astral" page and on every item you are selling in the OGS.

Tip 3: Add either a Paypal or Google Checkout "Buy Now" or "Add To Cart" button to all the items you are selling so that buyers can instantly purchase your items without all the back and forth emails or sending a check or money order through snail mail.

Tip 4: Be very informative in describing your item(s). Too much information is never too much. The more information you provide about an item, the more likely a customer will purchase it without having to ask so many questions.

Tip 5: PICTURES are everything! Be sure to add pictures of your item(s). You have a 10% chance of selling an item without pictures, compared to a 95% chance of selling that same item with a picture. We cannot stress how important it is to have pictures of the item(s) you are selling.

Tip 6: Add your "Astral Badge" to other websites, forums, twitter, myspace, facebook, and other pages on the internet. Your "Astral Badge" will automatically be linked to your "My Astral" page so visiters can checkout more about you and the items you are selling.

Tip 7: If you are Paypal Verified, be sure to update your account to include your Paypal Badge. your badge will be shown on your "My Astral" page and on EVERY item you are selling in the OGS.

Do I have to become a member of Astral just to purchase an item?
Yes and No. If you would like to ask a seller a question using the question box on their "My Astral" page, or the page the item is for sale, then yes you would. If you are using one of the "Buy Now" or "Add To Cart" buttons, then no you don't.

How Do I Buy From A Seller?
On every ad, there is a box that is for the seller's "Payment Information". In that box should be what types of payments that seller accepts. Some ads will also have a "Buy Now" or "Add To Cart" button. These buttons will give you the opportunity to purchase that item instantly through PayPal or Google Checkout.

NOTE: You CANNOT purchase different items from different sellers, using one cart. Example: You cannot buy an item from cathy using an "Add To Cart" button, and add an item from fred to that same cart.

How Is The Item Shipped To Me?
On every ad, there is a box that is for the seller's "Shipping Information". In that box should be what form of shipping the seller uses (Example: UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)

How Do I Know If I Can Trust A Seller?
On every item that is for sale in the Online Garage Sale, the seller's username appears on the very top of the page along with whether the member is Verified or not. If a member is Verified, that means that Astral Enterprise has Verified that the person does exist and that we have checked their mailing address. If the member is Not Verified, we would suggest you make sure you have ALL contact information for the seller BEFORE you make your purchase. We do advise buying from members that we have Verified, to avoid ANY problems with your order.
