The form below can only be used by the members of Astral. If you have a complaint about another member, fill out your complaint in detail. After receiving the complaint, Astral will fully investigate it by contacting the member in question and request they give us their version of the events. If the member fails to respond to our request, their account will be deleted without hesitation.
NOTE: copies of this complaint is sent to Astral and the member you are making this comlaint against. Please try to resolve the situation with the member BEFORE making this complaint. Make this method your final avenue.
To all buyers: you do not have to register inorder to buy items from the OGS, but you must register in order to file a complaint against a member.
